This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to Chefeteria, a product operated by MG and Co (MSME Registered) (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By subscribing to Chefeteria services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Model
Chefeteria operates on a subscription-based model (quarterly or yearly).
All services are provided only after successful payment.
2. No Refund Policy
- All payments made are non-refundable.
- Once the service is activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes:
- • Change of mind
- • Business closure
- • Non-usage of the service
3. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may choose not to renew their subscription at the end of the billing cycle.
- No cancellation requests will result in refunds for the current active period.
4. Service Activation
- Services are activated only after full payment.
- Setup and onboarding efforts are considered part of the service and are non-refundable.
5. Service Suspension & Termination
- If subscription is not renewed, services will be automatically suspended.
- Access to POS, QR ordering, and dashboard may be restricted.
- We reserve the right to terminate services in case of:
- Violation of Terms
- Misuse of the platform
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
6. Data Retention
- Data may be retained for a limited period after expiry.
- We are not responsible for data loss after termination.
Clients are advised to export their data before subscription expiry.
7. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
