Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Chefeteria, a product operated by MG and Co (MSME Registered) (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using Chefeteria services, you (“Client”, “User”, or “Business”) agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Chefeteria provides:

• POS (Point of Sale) system
• QR-based ordering system
• Template-based landing pages

This is a subscription-based service, not a one-time purchase.

2. Subscription & Pricing

• Services are offered on quarterly or yearly plans.
• Subscription begins only after full payment is received.
• Pricing may change in the future, but will not affect active subscriptions.

3. Payment Terms

• 100% payment must be made in advance before activation or renewal.
• All payments are non-refundable once the service is activated.
• Services will not be continued or renewed without full payment.

4. Setup & Delivery

Setup begins only after receiving:

• Menu
• Pricing
• Logo and content

Estimated setup time: 2–5 working days. Delays due to missing client information are not our responsibility.

5. Templates & Custom Work

• Clients can select from available templates included in the plan.
• Any customization beyond templates will be charged separately.

6. Support Policy

Support is provided only during an active subscription.

Support is provided during working hours with reasonable response time.

7. Suspension of Services

We reserve the right to suspend services if:

• Payment is not made on time
• Terms are violated

During suspension, POS access may be restricted and QR ordering may stop functioning. Services will resume only after payment clearance.

8. Data Retention & Access

• Data is retained during active subscription.
• After expiry, access may be restricted and data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Clients are responsible for exporting data before termination.

9. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All software, code, and systems remain the exclusive property of MG and Co.
• Clients are granted a limited right to use the service.
• Clients do not own the code or system.

Any request to purchase source code requires a separate agreement.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform legally
• Not attempt to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the system

11. Third-Party Services

Chefeteria may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for the policies or performance of such third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for business losses, downtime, or indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

13. Termination

We may terminate services if terms are violated or misuse occurs. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

17. Legal Identity

Chefeteria is a product/service operated by MG and Co (MSME Registered).
